Q:  How long has Alphabetacres.com been in business?

A:  Alphabetacres.com has been in business for more than three years. When we first started Alphabetacres, we sold printable games, activity CDs, and kid friendly video DVDs on the Internet. We currently sale digital goods and software through our payloadz.com store at very reasonable prices.

Q:  What is payloadz?

A:  Payloadz is an online platform that we use to process orders to our customers instantly and safely.

Q:  Why should I buy products from Alphabetacres? There are lots of free coloring pages, games, songs, and videos on the internet.

A:  First, we offer many unique products that you cannot download from other websites. Second, we offer products that are carefully reviewed and selected, to protect your children from inappropriate content. Third, our products are for sell at very low prices and often bundled together so you get more for less.  Fourth, we do not place banner advertisements on our website or videos, such as YouTube videos that are associated with affiliate hosted websites, so your children can enjoy our videos and free printable pages with no advertisements attached to them.

Q:  Do you have a refund policy?

A:  All sales are final, due to the nature of products that have been downloaded.  However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us.  We will make sure that you are a happy customer.
