Q:  How long has Alphabetacres.com been in business?

A:  Alphabetacres.com has been in business for more than eight years. When we first started Alphabetacres, we sold printable games, activity CDs, and kid friendly video DVDs on eBay. We currently sale digital goods and software through this online store at very reasonable prices.

Q:  How do I purchase digital products on this website, and is it secure?

A:  We use Payloadz, a safe, digital platform where we store our products, and PayPal, an online payment platform that will safely process orders to our customers and then you will receive a link to download your products instantly via email.  The email will you will receive, will come from Gifted Treasures.  If it doesn't arrive quickly, often times, it will end up in your spam/junk mail folder.

Q:  Why should I buy products from Alphabetacres? There are lots of free coloring pages, games, songs, and videos on the internet.

A:  First, we offer many unique products that you cannot download from other websites. Second, we offer products that are carefully reviewed and selected, to protect your children from inappropriate content. Third, our products are for sell at very low prices and are bundled together so you get a lot more for less.  Fourth, we do not place banner advertisements on our website. However, some of our videos are on youtube,  which will include third party advertising that we are not associated with.  Our products are also stored on payloadz, and include adult content that we are not associated with.

Q:  Do you have a refund policy?

A:  All sales are final, due to the nature of products that have been downloaded.  However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us.  We will make sure that you are a satisfied customer.
